Welcome to TaxMateNG, a multi-platform offline tax compliance engine developed by EnochiGreen LLC. Your corporate and personal privacy is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains how TaxMateNG handles information when you use the mobile or desktop applications.

By using TaxMateNG, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

TaxMateNG is built with a strict "privacy-first, offline-first" architecture. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to our servers. Specifically:

• We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or location data.

• We do not use web cookies or behavioral tracking technologies.

• We do not harvest or transmit your financial data to any external cloud services.

3. Financial Data, Local Storage, and User Inputs

TaxMateNG allows users to input sensitive financial figures, business ledgers, and employee details (such as Smart Payroll Profiles) for compliance calculations.

• 100% Local Storage: All calculations and data processing occur locally on your device. Your data is saved securely within your device's local offline database so your ledgers and payroll profiles persist month-to-month.

• Zero Developer Access: We (EnochiGreen LLC) do not store your data on our servers, transmit it to third parties, or have any ability to access your financial information. Your financial cleanliness is completely under your control. To permanently delete your data, you simply clear the app's local storage or uninstall the application.

4. Device Permissions

To provide its core functionality as a compliance export tool, TaxMateNG requires limited native device permissions:

• File & Storage Access: The app requires permission to write files to your device (such as your Downloads or Documents folder) solely for the purpose of exporting your generated Master Corporate Tax PDFs and official CSV schedules.

• What we DO NOT access: The app does not request or require access to your Contacts, Camera, Microphone, or Location services.

5. Third-Party Services and Subscriptions

TaxMateNG does not use third-party SDKs for advertising, marketing, or hidden analytics.

App Store Billing: To manage Premium upgrades and free trials (e.g., unlocking PDF/CSV exports), the app interacts securely with the native billing APIs of the platform you downloaded it from (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store). All payment processing is handled securely by these platforms. TaxMateNG does not collect, process, or store your credit card information.

TaxMateNG’s internal computation engine is derived from publicly available Nigerian government resources and official gazettes, including:

• The Nigeria Tax Act (NTA) 2025/2026 Official Gazettes

All data, limits, and formulas are interpreted and implemented independently by EnochiGreen LLC to help individuals and SMEs structure their ledgers for Nigeria’s evolving tax regime.

7. Government Affiliation Disclaimer

TaxMateNG is an independent, proprietary computation tool developed by EnochiGreen LLC. It is not an official application of, and is not affiliated, associated, endorsed, or approved by, the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), the Joint Tax Board (JTB), or any Nigerian government agency. All generated reports must be manually submitted by the user to the appropriate official portals.

8. Children’s Privacy

TaxMateNG is a B2B and professional financial tool suitable for general audiences. It is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect feature additions (such as new export formats) or legal requirements. When updates occur, the revised version will be posted within the app and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
